Job description
A nationally recognized health system is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an established outpatient clinic in Mid-Michigan. Serve a growing patient population in a community-focused setting.
Practice Details:
• Outpatient clinic, Monday–Friday
• 36 patient-contact hours plus 4 administrative hours per week
• Shared call
• Epic EMR and collaborative physician support
• 2026 and 2027 graduates welcome
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary $235,000–$265,000
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage; FSA/HSA
• Life, short- and long-term disability

• CME allowance; tuition reimbursement; EAP; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventive and annual wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists
• Document in Epic
• Participate in shared call and quality initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (certification within 3 years)
• Michigan license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS and CSR
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Epic experience preferred
• Must live within ~1 hour commute
• H-1B considered; no J-1; not open to locums
