The role includes patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning, medication and diagnostic orders, follow-up communication, and coordination with specialists and other healthcare providers. Opportunity Highlights:
- Provide primary care services in a primary care practice setting
- Conduct physical examinations and obtain patient medical histories
- Develop care plans based on examination findings, patient history, and clinical assessment
- Collaborate with other physicians as needed
- Order diagnostic tests, referrals, and medications
- Communicate test results and follow-up information to patients
- Answer patient questions regarding medications, diet, activity, and health status
