A physician-led medical group in Upstate New York is seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for an established, patient-centered outpatient practice.
Practice Details:
• 40-hour week with 34 hours of patient contact; 4- or 5-day week options
• Average 18–24 patients per day
• Light phone-only call with RN triage
• Occasional weekend telemedicine coverage (a few hours every few months)
• APP collaboration with potential for added compensation
• Teaching medical and NP/PA students; Epic EMR
• Optional hospital medicine or leadership roles
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary $250,000–$260,000 plus productivity incentives
• Starting bonus up to $75,000 (first paycheck)
• $25,000 retention bonus at start of year 2
• Health, dental, vision; FSA; life and disability
• Retirement program; PTO; CME allowance; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• See an average of 18–24 patients per day
• Participate in light phone-only call and periodic weekend telemedicine
• Collaborate with APPs and precept students
• Document in Epic
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (board eligible working toward certification considered)
• New York license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA and ACLS by start date
• Strong interest in caring for all age groups
• W-2 permanent role – not open to locums, 1099 or long-distance commuting
• No visa sponsorship
