A physician-led, hospital-affiliated medical group in New York's Capital Region is seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician for an established outpatient family health center. Strong practice support, flexible scheduling and opportunities to teach.
Highlights:
• Outpatient practice working alongside an APP
• Light call with RN triage
• Flexible scheduling options
• Optional teaching (medical students, NP/PA students)
• Opportunities in hospital medicine and leadership/administration
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary $250,000–$260,000 plus productivity incentives from day one
• Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 (paid with first paycheck)
• $25,000 retention bonus at start of year 2
• Health, dental, vision; FSA; life and disability
• Retirement with employer contribution
• PTO, CME allowance, PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Manage chronic illness, injuries and acute care
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
• Precept students (optional)
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or Med-Peds); truly board eligible considered
• At least 1 year of primary care experience
• New York license (or willing to obtain)
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Permanent role only – not open to locums
• No visa sponsorship
• Lapsed board certification not considered
