Outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine locums coverage in Michigan, with a steady weekday clinic schedule and manageable daily volume. Adult and geriatric care is the majority of the panel, with limited pediatrics.
Highlights
- Full time weekday clinic coverage, Monday through Friday
- Outpatient setting with 15 to 20 patients per day
- Long term need through early 2027, with potential to extend
- May consider waiting for a Michigan license with an active IMLC LOQ
Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic coverage
- Patient mix is approximately 90% adult and geriatric, 10% pediatric
- Some call required- 25 bed CAH
- Support staff includes medical assistants and a receptionist
- Vacancy coverage due to a recruitment gap
Schedule
- Full time, Monday through Friday
- Clinic hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Start timing is mid November 2026
- Possible call based on rotation at a 25 bed critical access hospital
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Michigan license required, may wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only
- BLS and ACLS required
