Outpatient Primary Care Physician – Family or Internal Medicine

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care team in Apple Valley, California. This opportunity combines comprehensive patient care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and improved long-term health outcomes. Provide personalized care within your specialty and scope of practice, with opportunities to care for patients across the lifespan for Family Medicine physicians and adult patients for Internal Medicine physicians.

Position Highlights

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, value-based care, and population health
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary of $317,053 – $380,464, plus bonus opportunities
• Quarterly Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
