Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $291,200–312,000 per year (DOE)

Overview:
Our medical practice in Los Angeles is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an integrated care team focused on quality, safety, and evidence-based medicine. New grads and experienced physicians alike are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including well visits, sick visits, physicals, and follow-up care, for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and cardiovascular conditions, including medication management and ongoing monitoring
• Deliver preventive care, including immunizations and screenings, with a focus on early detection
• Offer patient-centered counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention
• Document encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and team members to optimize clinic flow and patient access, and coordinate referrals and continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in California
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Experience with an urban or diverse patient population preferred
• Familiarity with value-based care, population health, or quality metrics preferred
• Bilingual a plus
