Aya Healthcare is recruiting a BC/BE primary care physician for a permanent opportunity with a medical group in Maryville, IL, in the Highland market about 30-40 minutes outside of St. Louis, affiliated with Anderson Hospital.
- Turnkey, long-standing practice that is busy from day one
- Immediately manage 4 mid-level providers
- Outpatient-only role with a flexible 4-day work week
- 6 weeks of vacation for work-life balance
- Anderson Hospital, a 144-bed hospital, located near St. Louis
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of 4 mid-level providers
• Develop your patient panel to suit your interests
• Outpatient-only position with a flexible 4-day work week
Qualifications
• Illinois license required (licensure typically takes about 5 months)
• Medical group seeking a physician to lead a turnkey practice
