Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Patient Volume & Population

Average of 13–19 patients per day.

Adult and geriatric patient population.

Most common diagnoses and conditions treated: Additional details to come.
Clinical Support & EMR

EMR: Epic.
-
Support staff includes Medical Assistants and an NP.
Requirements
-
Active California medical license.
-
Board certification required.
-
DEA registration and controlled-substance registration required.
-
BLS required.
Credentialing
-
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 2–4 weeks.
