About the Job

An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician in Margate, FL. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, an established patient base, and a supportive clinical environment with the potential to transition into a Lead Physician role!

Position Highlights:

• Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Location: Margate, FL

• Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care

• Schedule: Alternating 6-day and 4-day workweeks

  • Monday–Thursday: 12 PM–6:30 PM

  • Every Other Friday: 9 AM–6 PM

  • Every Other Saturday: 9 AM–3 PM

• Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day

• Patient Population: Adults 18+

• Visit Length: Approximately 15 minutes

• Clinical Support: Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist

• Practice Size: 2 providers

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• On-Site Services: Lab draws, EKGs, vaccinations, ear lavages, and Pap smears

• Responsibilities: Comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, acute visits, and minor office procedures

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Employment: Full-Time, 3-year contract

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Required

• Active Florida medical license

• Current DEA registration

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required

• Experience in women's health, joint injections, and minor office procedures is a plus

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently

• Interest in eventually transitioning into a Lead Physician role
