We are recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible primary care physician for an employed, outpatient-only position with a value-based senior care group in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Full-time, onsite, minimal travel.
The practice
- Outpatient primary care exclusively — no inpatient service
- Deliberately small patient panels, built so you have real time with each patient
- Cloud-based EHR
- Full care-team support: medical assistants, care navigators, and RN care management
- Purpose-built neighborhood center serving a Medicare-age population
Compensation and benefits
- Above-market base salary
- Bonus tied to clinical quality metrics — not RVUs, not visit volume

What we're looking for
- MD or DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, non-probationary Arkansas medical license
- Geriatrics fellowship welcome, but not required
- Genuine interest in caring for older adults, patients with multiple comorbidities, and medically underserved communities
Growth
A defined clinical leadership track is in place: Center Medical Lead, Associate Market Medical Director, Market Medical Director, Senior Market Medical Director.
