Family Medicine Physician
Location:Sonoma California
Position: Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, deliver preventive services, and coordinate patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
Current DEA registration and PALS certification.
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
Experience with EPIC EHR preferred.
Medical Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
