Position Overview
A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opportunity is available to provide ongoing outpatient clinic coverage while the organization recruits a permanent physician. The practice offers a true value-based care model with no fee-for-service structure, no RVU requirements, no call responsibilities, and no after-hours charting. Opportunities are available for locum tenens, locum-to-hire, or permanent placement.

Job Responsibilities
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions
Management of chronic medical conditions
Preventive medicine and wellness care
Care coordination and specialty referrals
Interpretation of diagnostic testing
Participation in quality improvement initiatives
Procedures
Comprehensive physical examinations
Development of individualized treatment plans
Preventive care services
Chronic disease management
Coordination of specialty referrals
Ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies
