Average Patient Volume: 18 patients per day

EMR: Epic

Floating Requirements: May occasionally float to 1–2 nearby clinics

Credentialing Timeline: 12–14 weeks
Clinical Responsibilities
-
Provide primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.

Evaluate and manage patients with a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background.

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients using at least medical Spanish.
Support Staff & Resources

Robust medical assistant support

Registered nurses (RNs) and licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) at all locations

On-site behavioral health services

Multiple clinical resources available at each location
Provider Requirements
-
Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active California medical license required
-
Active state DEA registration required
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience required

BLS certification required
-
ACLS certification required
-
Must speak at least medical Spanish; fluency in Spanish is preferred
