The Louisville VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time Primary Care physician for its Clarkson, Kentucky location. Position Highlights
- Provide Comprehensive Primary Care – Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow adult patients across a broad range of acute and chronic health needs.
- Lead Preventive and Longitudinal Care – Promote wellness, prevention, early intervention, and ongoing management that helps Veterans achieve their best possible health.
- Coordinate the Whole Care Journey – Partner with specialty, behavioral health, pharmacy, nursing, and other services to support safe, timely, and well-coordinated care.
- Practice as Part of an Integrated Team – Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative colleagues to deliver responsive, Veteran-centered care.
- Champion Quality and Access – Support evidence-based practice, clinical quality, patient safety, and efficient access to care in the rural clinic setting.
- Build Trusted Relationships – Create continuity with Veterans and their families through clear communication, shared decision-making, and compassionate service.
