• Schedule Details: Office hours are 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS - BLS required (ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges).
• Team Structure: Join a Pediatric & Internal Medicine team consisting of 4 physicians, 2 NPs, and support staff (LPNs, OAs, MAs, and lab staff).
• Duties: Provide and manage direct patient care, perform physical examinations and tests, obtain medical history and documentation, and instruct patients regarding diagnosis, medications, and treatment.
• Case Mix: Outpatient
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• EMR System: Epic

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Indiana state or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
