Family Medicine Locum Need - Essex County, New York
Work Dates Needed: 11/30/2026 for 6 months
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Worksite Setting: OP
Scope of Work: Primary Care
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified MD/DO, 5 years experience in family medicine, active NY license, BLS and DEA
EMR: EPIC
Their primary care teams provide:
Annual wellness and preventive care
Chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, COPD, asthma, heart disease)
Women's health services
Family planning
Pediatric and adolescent care
Geriatric care
Vaccinations and immunizations
Same-day and acute sick visits
Referrals to specialty care within the UVM network when needed
