Number of candidates needed: 2

Cases: Basic primary care, acute/chronic illnesses
Patient volume: 14-16 patients per day
Patient age range: newborn - geriatric
Support staff: 2 MAs and Nurse per MD
EMR: EPIC
Certifications required: ABFM, CA license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
