Schedule: Monday-Friday | Outpatient

Salary: $200,000-$300,000+ per year, plus sign-on bonus and potential incentives

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician to join a growing, community-focused healthcare practice in Houston, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive primary care, building long-term relationships with patients, and helping individuals and families maintain better health through preventive care and chronic disease management.

Physicians who speak Spanish or Mandarin are strongly preferred, but language fluency is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions.

• Conduct routine physicals, annual wellness visits, and preventive screenings.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

• Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyles, and chronic disease management.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families.

• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic services, and follow-up care.

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, care managers, behavioral health professionals, and specialists.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the Athena EHR system.

• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.

• Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and professional standards.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds).

• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain the required license before starting.

• DEA registration and applicable controlled substance authorization, or ability to obtain them as required.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin.

• Experience in outpatient primary care.

• Experience serving diverse or underserved patient populations.

• Familiarity with chronic disease management, population health, or value-based care.
