Work Dates Needed: Starting Asap - Ongoing (until a perm hire, 3-6 mos possibly)
Preferred Schedule: 40 Hrs per week, No OT, No Call
Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Support staff 5 MA, 1 RN
Scope of Work:12-15 patients per day, Family practice, all ages, and internal med 18 and over
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: WI license, Board Certified, Rural health experience preferred
EMR: EPIC
Pay Rate Preferred: $140/Hr
