- Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
- Outpatient only
- Consistent full-time coverage
- General Primary Care practice
- Approximately 18–20 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Training provided during onboarding
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants (MAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Patient Service Representatives (PSRs)

- Certifications: BC, BLS,
- No New Graduates
- Affiliated Hospital

- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Trauma Level III Emergency Department
- 24/7 Emergency Care
