Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient – No inpatient rounding or hospital responsibilities
- Flexible 4-day workweek with 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours
- 15–18 patients daily with 40-minute new patient and 20-minute follow-up visits
- Minimal after-hours call with dedicated nursing triage support
- Established patient base and strong community demand
- Collaborative team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical support staff
- Integrated behavioral health, psychiatry, clinical pharmacy, and care coordination
- Onsite laboratory and pharmacy, with access to optometry, chiropractic care, and podiatry
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available, subject to eligibility
Compensation & Benefits

Practice Environment
Join a busy, established primary care practice that has served the Mishawaka community for more than 15 years.
Physicians provide comprehensive Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, women's health, and pediatric care.
The practice's integrated, multidisciplinary approach provides access to behavioral health therapists, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and additional specialists, allowing physicians to focus on building meaningful patient relationships.
The clinic offers extended operating hours, but individual physician schedules are flexible, with a four-day workweek option.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
