  • Full-time or part-time opportunities available; part-time schedules starting at one day per week
  • Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.–2 p.m.
  • Outpatient practice with scheduled appointments and walk-in visits
  • Typical patient volume: 24–28 patients per full day
  • Medical Spanish proficiency required
  • Approximately 38% of patients speak Spanish
  • EMR: eClinicalWorks
  • After-hours call shared 1:3, every third week
  • Light call volume: approximately 1–2 calls per week
  • Calls are screened by a call center before being referred to the provider
  • Providers have a strong voice in practice operations
  • Dedicated referral coordinator and HEDIS staff support allow providers to focus on patient care
  • Payer mix: 30% commercial, 20% Medicare, 40% Medicaid, and 10% self-pay

• Organization Information:
  • $240,000 annual salary
  • Bonus pool based on the clinic’s quality performance
  • A provider received a $15,000 bonus last year; future bonuses depend on performance
