JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Other Qualifications: Clean background and no malpractice claims required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 12 and older.
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Perform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Coordinate patient care with referrals and follow-up as needed.
- Document patient encounters and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
