- 18-22 patients per day
- Support Staff (MA, LVN, RN)
- Sites in SF, San Jose, Oakland, Marin, and Santa Rosa
Requirements:
- California Medical License
- DEA License
- BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine
