Aya Healthcare is seeking Primary Care physicians for flexible, part-time/PRN or full-time Locum Tenens in-home health evaluation opportunities with Signify Health in the Michigan float pool (Lansing, MI). Start as soon as credentialed.
- Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and select commercial plan members
- Approximately 6-9 visits per day; no prescribing, diagnosing or changes to treatment regimens
- Pre-populated, patient-specific forms provided; flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required
- Travel logistics (airfare, hotel, rental car) available depending on eligibility; 6 open positions across Michigan counties
Job Responsibilities
• See approximately 6-9 members per day using pre-populated patient-specific forms
• No prescribing, ordering labs or altering current treatment regimens (labs may be collected)
• Schedule flexibly (7A-7P, no nights or weekends required); minimum 60 hours of availability per month
Qualifications
• Michigan license required
• Availability of at least 60 hours per month; 3 counties of interest
• DEA not required; U.S.-based providers only
