Primary Care Medical Director – Cleveland, OH

Position highlights:
· Primary Care Medical Director – Part-time
· Oversight of a new primary clinic and school-based primary care program
· .5 FTE – 20 hours per week

Position summary:
· Serves as the senior primary care physician leader and physician ambassador for the organization
· Provides strategic, administrative, and clinical leadership for primary care services across the organization
· Supports organizational growth, workforce development, quality improvement, and key strategic initiatives
· Partners with executive leadership, the Director of Integrated Healthcare, the Director of Behavioral Health, nursing leadership, pharmacy leadership, quality improvement, and operations teams to enhance patient outcomes.
· Provides clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to APPs
Qualifications:
· MD or DO
· Completion of a Family Medicine residency
· Board Certification
· Prior administrative and leadership experience in primary healthcare settings
· Prior clinical experience
· Ability to get and maintain an Ohio Medical License
