- Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM (last patient)
Clinical Details
- Average Patient Volume: Ideally 20 patients per day
- Patient Demographics: All ages
- Responsibilities: Family Practice patient care
- No clinic floating currently required; potential future need to float to a clinic up to 1 hour and 15 minutes away
Requirements:
- Provider Type: Family Practice Physician
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
- A valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of Indiana
