🩺 Family Practice Physician – San Jose, CA
- 💰 Salary: $250,000–$305,000 DOE
- 📍 Location: Near San Jose, California | Silicon Valley
- 🏥 Setting: 100% Outpatient | No OB
- 📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- 👥 Patient Load: Approximately 15–17 patients daily
- 💻 EMR: EPIC

🩺 Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive medicine, physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, minor office procedures, and patient education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health professionals, while maintaining accurate EPIC documentation and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
✅ Requirements
- MD/DO degree
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- Current BLS certification
- 🌎 Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese preferred, not required
