UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to help establish and shape our growing practice at the UCHealth
Primary Care Clinic in welcoming Fort Morgan, Colorado. Located in a newly renovated space alongside UCHealth Cardiology, this is an opportunity to build a primary care presence in a rural community while benefiting from the resources and support of a large health system. Practice at a Glance
- $298,000 annual compensation for this full-time position
- Quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered, if applicable
- Foundational role in building and growing primary care services in Fort Morgan
- Practice in a newly renovated space alongside UCHealth Cardiology

- Phone-only call shared among a large call group
- Utilize EPIC EMR
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in an appropriate primary care specialty
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in building and developing primary care services within a growing community
