We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants excellent compensation, a manageable patient panel, and a clear path to partnership while enjoying a better work-life balance.

You’ll step into a 100% outpatient, value-based primary care role focused on providing comprehensive care to seniors managing multiple chronic conditions. With a dedicated Medical Assistant, scheduler, referral specialist, and built-in administrative time, you’ll have the support needed to focus on quality patient care rather than high patient volume.

Why this role is compelling
• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM
• No nights or weekends
• Current Jacksonville openings: Arlington, Blanding West Side, Cedar Hills, and Monterey
• Approximately 18–20 patients per day
• Patient panel capped at 450
• Dedicated administrative time built into your schedule
• Strong clinical support with a dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
• In-house specialty support, including cardiology and podiatry
• 100% outpatient, value-based primary care setting
• No-buy-in partnership opportunity, typically within 12–18 months
• 65% of physicians have achieved partnership after one year

What makes you a great fit
• You have completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• You’re comfortable caring for seniors with multiple chronic conditions
• You enjoy building meaningful, long-term patient relationships
• You value preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $300,000 annually
• Year 1 bonus opportunity up to $20,000
• Increased bonus potential upon achieving partnership
• No-buy-in partnership opportunity
• 33 days of PTO

• $3,500 CME allowance plus one week of CME time
