We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants excellent compensation, a manageable patient load, and $300,000+ in potential first-year earnings while practicing meaningful medicine without RVU pressure.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on providing comprehensive, preventive care to adults ages 65 and older. You’ll manage chronic conditions, build lasting patient relationships, and focus on quality outcomes while seeing just 12–15 patients per day. With an integrated clinical support team, you’ll have the resources needed to prioritize patient care over volume.

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• You enjoy providing comprehensive primary care to adults ages 65 and older
• You’re comfortable managing multiple chronic conditions
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and long-term patient relationships
• You thrive in a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment
• Experience in geriatrics or HEDIS quality measures is a plus
• Previous value-based care experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $235,000–$270,000 annually
• Commencement bonus ranging from $40,000–$60,000+, depending on clinic location
• Annual performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of base salary
• Potential first-year compensation exceeding $300,000
