We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants strong earning potential, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior patients while practicing quality-focused medicine without production pressure.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term health outcomes for older adults. With just 12–15 patients per day and an integrated clinical support team, you’ll have the time and resources needed to prioritize quality care over patient volume.

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• You’re comfortable managing complex chronic medical conditions
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships
• You thrive in a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment
• Experience in geriatrics or HEDIS quality measures is a plus
• Previous value-based care experience is welcomed but not required

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $235,000–$270,000 annually
• Potential first-year compensation exceeding $300,000
• Annual performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of base salary
