Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physician for practice just outside Holland, MI.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Hospital-employed, outpatient-only practice with no obstetrics; inpatient services are covered by an established hospital medicine group.
- Join five family medicine physicians and three advanced practice providers.
- RN case management, diabetes education, behavioral health, and pharmacy support.
- Shared call approximately two to three weeks per year.
