Outpatient Family Medicine | Full-Time | No Night Shifts

Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice in the beautiful Adirondack region of Upstate New York.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient panel as a long-tenured physician prepares for retirement. The practice offers experienced clinical support, strong leadership, and a loyal patient population.

Position Highlights

• Base salary up to $358,000

• $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation bonus

• Outpatient-only practice with no night shifts

• Established patient panel with approximately 120 visits per week

• Two experienced Family Nurse Practitioners providing clinical support

• Quarterly RVU productivity bonuses above the 75th percentile MGMA benchmark

• Minimal call: approximately 2–3 days per month of after-hours telephone coverage
