A well-established leading organization in Illinois is looking for an internal medicine or IM/Peds physician to join their growing primary care team in this thriving community in Central Illinois.
Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week option and 42 days off for unmatched work/life balance
• Collegial team of 40 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship if interested
• Opportunities to craft your scope of practice to your unique skillset
• Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, pre-authorizations, and after-hours calls
• Practicing physicians and current residents encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
• $319,000+ year one compensation
• Competitive wRVU-based incentive structure and generous annual quality bonuses for easy additional earning
• Up to $210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
