We are currently working with The University of Vermont at their Elizabeth Community Hospital - Crown Point Health Center in Crown Point, NY. They are seeking some ongoing Primary Care locum coverage starting ASAP. After reviewing the details below, please let me know if you would like to be considered for this opportunity.
• Seeking ongoing coverage starting ASAP
• Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8:30a-4:30p
• Call is 4:30a-7a
- Outpatient Call will be shared, 4 weeks a year only
• 40 hours per week
- 32 Hours of seeing patient
- 8 Hours for charting
• Patient Load: Up to 24
• Primary Care, mostly adults
• Acute and chronic medical conditions, preventative care and patient education
• Evals, Physicals, and Follow Ups
• Solo coverage with an RN, MA and office staff
• Rural Setting
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have NY State License and DEA
• Must have minimum of years of experience in Primary Care
• EMR: EPIC
• Since the clinic is associated with Elizabeth Community Hospital, privileges are required
