Assignment Overview
- Specialty: Internal Medicine / Family Practice
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: April 30, 2027 (Assignment duration is approved for 90 days of coverage once credentialed)
- Coverage Type: Outpatient Clinic Only (No Call)
- Schedule: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 clinical hours/day with mandatory lunch break)
- Credentialing Timeline: 45–120 Days
Requirements
- Certification: Board Eligible (BE), BLS
- Licensure: Open / To Be Determined
Clinical Practice Details
- Patient Volume: Averages 16–20 patients per day
- Scheduling Structure: 22 twenty-minute slots per day (20/40 slot structure; 36 clinical capacity hours per week for 1.0 FTE)
- EMR: Epic
