Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice in Southeastern Washington.
- Full-time primary care combined with screening endoscopies and colonoscopies; specialized procedural training needed.
- Flexible four- or five-day schedule, 32–40 hours weekly, with no required evenings or weekends.
- Dedicated MA support, on-site labs/imaging, AI documentation support and light shared department call.
- Guaranteed base salary, quarterly productivity bonuses and potential partnership/shareholder eligibility after 12 months.
Community: Southeastern Washington wine country offers a historic downtown, three local colleges, dining, arts and Blue Mountain recreation. The Tri-Cities are approximately 50 miles away.
