- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical Family Practice experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: $136.89

- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Support ongoing health promotion and disease prevention initiatives
- Adhere to all clinic policies, protocols, and quality standards
Required:
- Medical license in Wisconsin
- Family Practice Board Certification or Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in family medicine
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in outpatient or clinic settings
- Ability to handle a diverse patient caseload efficiently
