An established, independent, physician-owned multi-specialty medical group is seeking physicians across several specialties to join its growing practice in the greater Dickson County and Nashville-area communities of Tennessee.
With more than 40 physicians and advanced practice providers across primary care, urgent care, and specialty services, the organization offers an established clinical environment that combines professional autonomy with strong administrative support, modern technology, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
Physicians will have the opportunity to join an established medical group, care for a growing patient population, and develop their practices within an independently operated organization.
Job Responsibilities
Multiple practice locations in Dickson, Fairview, and White Bluff, Tennessee
Established patient population and growing demand for services
Collaborative environment with more than 40 physicians and advanced practice providers
Fully integrated Epic electronic health record
Centralized scheduling and administrative support
Accredited diagnostic facilities
Access to advanced MRI and CT services and 3D mammography
Opportunity to develop and expand an individual patient panel
Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed salary during the first year
Potential to earn additional income as patient volume grows
