- Work Dates Needed: asap - on going 6 months
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: all outpatient
- Scope of Work: We’re seeking an addiction provider who can see 14 patients per day with an 8am-5pm schedule, and yes an APP or MD provider will suffice, they just need to have addiction experience It’s important our providers understand complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns.
