Overview:
* Join an established rural Family Medicine practice serving Freeman and the surrounding communities
* Employed position
* Serve a primary market area of approximately 3,000 residents
* 1:3 call schedule
* Practice supported by a Critical Access Hospital
* Emergency Department with E-Emergency support
* Ambulance services available
* Onsite diagnostic services include X-ray, CT, ultrasound and laboratory
* Additional services include Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
* Senior Care continuum includes Medicare skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living
* Opportunity to provide broad-spectrum Family Medicine in a rural community setting
