Assignment Details
Start Date: November 2, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with flexible start/end times
Volume: 12-25 patients per day
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Support: Medical assistant and office staff
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
Required Scope: Outpatient family medicine, adult care, general outpatient pediatrics, well-woman care
Preferred Scope: Newborn, infant, pediatric, and adolescent care
Excluded Scope: Obstetrics, inpatient medicine, weekends, and call
Requirements
BC/BE Family Medicine
Any state license accepted (MI obtained during credentialing)
