Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
Overview:
* Join an established Family Medicine practice that has served the community for 25 years
* Comprehensive outpatient Primary Care for patients from birth through adulthood
* Monday–Friday office hours, 7:30am–5:00pm
* Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
* On-site laboratory and X-ray services
* Team-based care model with access to PAs, NPs, Clinical Pharmacy Practitioners, Health Behaviorists and Clinical RNs
* Practice emphasizes patient access through same-day appointments, extended hours, e-visits and video visits
* Physician-led Primary Care model with clinical leaders maintaining their own patient panels
