Full time
Outpatient Family Medicine
An established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Hobart, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing team. This opportunity offers a traditional outpatient primary care practice with a Monday–Friday schedule, manageable call rotation, and newborn rounding only. Physicians benefit from the resources of a growing healthcare system while remaining within an easy commute of downtown Chicago.
Position Highlights
* Full-time, permanent Family Medicine opportunity
* Primarily outpatient practice
* Monday–Friday schedule
* Approximately 20–26 patients per day
* Inpatient responsibilities limited to newborn rounding
* Established Family Medicine practice

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
* Current or eligible Indiana medical license
* Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
* Ability to participate in a 1:5 call rotation
* Comfortable providing newborn rounding
* Strong communication and patient-care skills
* Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered Family Medicine
