A physician-led, integrated health system in Topeka, Kansas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing multi-specialty group. Clinical Practice
* Provide comprehensive Family Medicine and Primary Care services
* Develop long-term relationships with patients and families

* Coordinate specialty referrals and additional healthcare services as appropriate
* Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team
* Practice within a well-supported, integrated healthcare environment

Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Current or eligible Kansas medical license
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered Primary Care
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
