4-Day Workweek | 32 Patient-Facing Hours | PSLF Eligible
A well-established outpatient practice in north-central Missouri is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative rural healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to maintain a traditional primary care panel while expanding your scope of practice in a rural setting. Physicians enjoy a highly desirable four-day clinical schedule, dedicated administrative time, strong clinical support, and access to specialty services on a hospital-based multispecialty campus.
Position Highlights
* Full-time, permanent Family Medicine opportunity
* Traditional outpatient primary care practice
* Opportunity to practice a broader scope of Family Medicine in a rural setting
* 4-day clinical workweek
* 32 patient contact hours per week
* One dedicated administrative day each week
* No weekends required
* Routine clinic call handled by APPs
* Optional opportunity to round at local nursing homes
* Same-day appointments available for patients with acute conditions
* On-site imaging and laboratory services
* Fully integrated Epic EMR
* Opportunity to precept medical students, if desired
* Practice located on a hospital-based multispecialty campus

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Completion or current enrollment in an accredited Family Medicine residency
* Current or eligible Missouri medical licensure
* Comfortable practicing in a rural community setting
* Strong interest in comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experienced Family Medicine physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply
