Join a large, physician-owned and governed multispecialty group in the Des Moines metro area. This is a 100% outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with no OB responsibilities, offering a substantial signing incentive, a two-year salary guarantee, and the long-term advantages of practicing within a physician-led organization. The department is well established with 40 Family Medicine physicians and 5 APPs across 12 locations, providing a strong referral network and extensive clinical support. Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Eligible for Iowa medical licensure
* Commitment to high-quality outpatient primary care
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Interest in practicing within a physician-owned, multispecialty environment
