Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
H1B cap-exempt organization
Overview:
* 100% office-based outpatient Primary Care serving an adult patient population ages 18+
* Full-time, weekday schedule with a 4-day workweek option available
* Minimal phone-only call averaging just 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
* Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment
* Robust clinical staffing, including nursing support and a dedicated MA
* Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High-Risk Nurse Care Managers and Social Workers
* EPIC EMR with Dragon and Ambient AI to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden
* Additional technology includes HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal
* Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired physicians and those new to practice
* Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
